About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and energetic full-time Content Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in generating thought leadership content on employee engagement and contribute to lead-generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will involve creating and distributing inspiring content that educates, engages, and converts HR decision-makers into company culture evangelists. This internship presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in Content Marketing to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. The role is a paid internship with a competitive stipend. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and optimizing content for blogs, social media, emails, and various marketing channels while ensuring consistency with CultureMonkey's brand voice. - Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to support marketing initiatives and enhance product messaging. - Support SEO activities by conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and staying abreast of industry best practices. - Contribute to social media strategies by creating engaging copies, brainstorming creative post ideas, and strengthening CultureMonkey's online presence. - Monitor key metrics to evaluate content performance and utilize insights to enhance content distribution channels continuously. What It Will Take: - 0 to 1 year of experience in content marketing or related fields. - Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred. - A bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience in marketing or related fields is desired. - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Proactive problem-solving approach and effective project management skills. - Bonus points for familiarity with SaaS marketing strategies.
