Content Ideation and Developer

1. Role Overview

The Content Ideation and Developer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing engaging and original content across various digital and print platforms. The role demands a creative mindset capable of transforming brand objectives into powerful narratives that enhance Adamas Universitys visibility and engagement among students, parents, and stakeholders.

2. Role & responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and develop creative content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  
• Write, edit, and proofread content for website, blogs, press releases, newsletters, brochures, and social media posts.
  
• Conceptualize and execute storytelling-based campaigns for academic programs and institutional initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with design, digital, and video teams to produce multimedia content (scripts, captions, reels, etc.).
  
• Research trending topics in education and marketing to produce relevant and SEO-friendly content.
  
• Ensure tone, messaging, and brand guidelines are maintained across all communication platforms.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (faculties, schools, departments) for content inputs and approvals.
  
• Manage and update content calendars for all digital and print communication.
  
• Support event coverage and post-event content creation for brand visibility.
  
• Measure and analyze engagement data to optimize content performance

3. Required Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
  
• Strong ideation and conceptual thinking abilities.
  
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media trends.
  
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools (WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Suite preferred).
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
• Detail-oriented with a flair for creative language and presentation
  

4. Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  
• 3–5 years of proven experience in content writing, creative ideation, or digital marketing.
  
• Prior experience in academic or corporate content development will be an added advantage
