Content & Growth Marketing Associate

Lexdash builds AI-powered translation and localization for high-stakes business content. We help global organisations translate smarter, faster, and more securely. Our product is trusted by international US law firms like White & Case, Jones Day, Curtis, and by leading Indian enterprises including Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, CEAT, Bajaj, and Marico.

This is our first content marketing hire. You will shape our brand voice, drive inbound demand, and become the person who brings Lexdash into the spotlight.

What you will do

• Write like a pro: Turn abstract AI and localization ideas into crisp, useful narratives

• Own inbound: Plan and ship SEO content, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences tied to pipeline

• Be the evangelist: Publish consistently on LinkedIn and other channels to attract the right audience

• Talk to customers: Interview users at White & Case, Jones Day, Curtis and leading UAE firms to find the pains we solve

• Research deeply: Track industry trends, competitor angles, and use cases in legal, finance, and enterprise localization

• Build foundations: Stand up the editorial calendar, distribution playbooks, and clear metrics that future hires will scale

• Work with founders: Sit with product, sales, and ops to align content to business outcomes and drive measurable growth

What we’re looking for

• Exceptional writing: clear, concise, persuasive

• Curiosity and self-learning mindset Strong research instincts with the ability to understand complex ideas and explain them simply, in a way even a 5-year-old could grasp

• Comfortable speaking with many people, especially customers. Public speaking or debate experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Action-oriented owner who finishes strong.

• Bonus: AI tool savvy or eager to learn
