Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content & Documentation Expert to join our team at Vyakar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The role involves creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality product documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and process documents. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user manuals, product documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather accurate information.
• Ensure documentation is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.
• Continuously update content to reflect new features, enhancements, and process changes.
• Develop internal documentation and training materials for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure documentation is structured, searchable, and easy to navigate.
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure version control of all documentation.
• Research best practices and continuously improve documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Documentation Specialist, or Technical Writer (preferably in IT/SaaS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English grammar and style.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion).
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a software development or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with UX writing and SEO best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/Markdown/XML.
• Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum teams.
