Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Director based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Content Director will oversee the entire content strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include planning and managing content, leading content development, creating high-quality and engaging materials, driving content marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent branding across channels. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and deliver impactful messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Development

• Strong understanding and application of Content Marketing techniques

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with SEBI regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

CTC Band: 25L - 30 L (Fixed + variable)
