This role encompasses developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy, leading all marketing initiatives, and building a thriving community around the show. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for architecture and design, with a proven track record of success in creating impactful campaigns and fostering strong audience relationships. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the show's overall marketing objectives. Create of high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including website, social media, email, video, and print. Manage and execute a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content. Identify and curate relevant industry trends, news, and thought leadership to inform content creation. Collaborate with exhibitors, speakers, and partners to generate compelling content. Be adept at copywriting, editing, and proofreading processes. Marketing & Brand Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive attendance, exhibitor participation, and brand awareness. Manage all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, PR, and advertising. Develop and maintain the show's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Develop and execute a PR strategy to generate media coverage. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant community of architects, designers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts. Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation. Manage social media communities and foster meaningful interactions. Organize and promote online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities. Identify and cultivate relationships with key community influencers and advocates. Develop and deploy email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain audience engagement. Leadership & Collaboration: Mange content creators, marketers, and community managers. Collaborate with sales, operations, and sponsorship, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals. Manage external agencies and vendors. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or community management in the architecture and design industry or events sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing 1 channels and best practices.
