Role Description This is a full-time work from home located in Kochi for a Content Director. The Content Director will be responsible for overseeing content strategy, development, and management. Tasks include creating and implementing content marketing plans, writing, editing, and ensuring cohesive and engaging content across all platforms. The Director will also lead the content team, develop and maintain the brand's voice and tone, and analyze content performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications Experience in Content Strategy and Content Marketing Strong skills in Writing and Content Development Proficiency in Content Management Leadership skills and experience managing a team Ability to work on-site in Kottayam Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field Experience in social media management and digital marketing is a plus
