As a Content Developer - Coding at Kidvento Education and Research Pvt. Ltd., your role involves developing well-researched content on Coding and keeping it updated. You will be responsible for designing and developing Coding related content for the K 12 sector. It is essential to contextualize and develop technical content related to Coding as per the learning requirements. Your tasks will also include conceptualizing gamification when needed and utilizing industry best practices and the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content. Collaboration with various stakeholders like Subject Matter Experts (SME) and curriculum managers is crucial for devising content that meets the learning outcomes. You will curate the content to ensure the delivery of effective learning outcomes. Additionally, you will be developing technical-based content for Instructor-led training videos, FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, Electronics and Coding related training modules, and Learning Curve Analyzers for assessing learning outcomes. Managing the team and ensuring smooth operations within the team will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Relevant Technical Degree and subject knowledge of coding - 1+ years of experience in e-learning technical content development - Awareness of Coding languages like C, C++, Scratch coding, Java, and Python - Proven record of excellent writing skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio - Impeccable grasp of English - Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management - Experience in the E-learning industry is preferred - Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary - Proficiency in computer usage and writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of Tools such as Articulate, Captivate will be an added advantage - Strong writing, verbal, listening, and presentation skills If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on the responsibilities of developing high-quality content for the Coding domain in the education sector, we encourage you to apply for the Content Developer - Coding position at Kidvento Education and Research Pvt.
