As a Business Analyst / Content Developer at Zivanta, your role involves creating and maintaining a Question Bank with interesting audio-visual and text questions. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining the Question Bank with engaging content - Performing quality checks on content developed by peers or external vendors - Collaborating with other teams to understand question bank requirements - Coordinating information translation to other languages - Writing, editing, and proofreading website content for app promotion - Researching and writing content on trending topics for social media Qualifications and Background: - PG degree/diploma in finance, business, economics, or statistics. Minimum requirement: Bachelor's in Arts/Science/Commerce/Communication Studies - Proficiency in Business English (written and verbal communication) - Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with R, SPSS, SAS is an added advantage - Ability to work effectively with senior management and colleagues at all levels - Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - High motivation, initiative, and commitment to quality Core Competencies: - Maintaining effective customer/vendor relationships - Constructive expression of ideas and opinions - Collaboration with team members towards common objectives - Demonstrating a can-do attitude and adaptability - Continuous re-evaluation of priorities based on new insights - Commitment to quality in all work and customer interactions If these responsibilities and qualifications resonate with you, welcome to Zivanta, a boutique software development and business analytics company based in Kolkata.
