We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator with a passion for producing engaging video and audio content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating reels, shorts, and multimedia content for products and interactive sessions. With a creative mind and a keen eye for detail, you'll bring our brand's story to life in compelling, digital formats. This role is flexible and varies based on work requirements, ensuring that it accommodates your lifestyle while challenging your creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production:

o Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video and audio content including reels, shorts, and promotional videos.

o Create engaging multimedia content for product launches, demos, and sessions.

• Ideation & Strategy:

o Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute fresh, creative content ideas in line with our brand objectives.

o Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, production, and post-production processes.

• Communication & Collaboration:

o Maintain excellent written and verbal communication in English to ensure clarity in messaging and content delivery.

o Work in a professional, punctual, and collaborative manner with cross-functional teams.

• Innovation & Adaptability:

o Stay updated with current trends in video/audio production, social media content, and emerging digital platforms.

o Adapt quickly to variable work assignments in a hybrid setup, ensuring high-quality outputs even with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience:

o Proven track record in video and audio content creation, with specific experience in developing reels and shorts for various products and sessions.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency with standard video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity) and a familiarity with modern AI tools in content production.

• Communication:

o Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Professionalism:

o Demonstrated professional behavior with strong work ethics and the ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
