As a Content Creator & Strategist at Housivity, you will play a vital role in enhancing the brand's digital impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Presenting property tours, walkthroughs, and lifestyle videos with confidence and style. - Being the face of B2B reels for builders, channel partners, and brand collaborations. - Hosting branding videos, podcasts, interviews, and awareness campaigns. - Collaborating with marketing, video editors, and cameramen to execute content effectively. - Writing and delivering scripts for reels, ads, and campaigns in an engaging tone. - Researching trends, buyer psychology, and social formats to create high-performing content. - Planning and managing monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals. - Tracking and analyzing content performance for continuous improvement. Requirements (Must-Haves): - Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and video work, with prior voice-over/video presentation exposure. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, delivering clear, fluent, and engaging content. - Good-looking, attractive, well-groomed personality with a strong camera presence. - Energetic, enthusiastic, and naturally expressive to connect effectively with audiences. - Passion for storytelling, trends, and digital media engagement. - Prior experience in real estate, B2C marketing, or media is preferred. - Strong portfolio or video samples are required.
