You will be joining Neyah Beauty as a Content Creator - Short-Form Video (Reels, Stories, UGC) in a full-time, on-site role located in Dhanbad. Your primary responsibility will be to craft captivating and innovative short-form video content, specifically focusing on Instagram Reels, Stories, and User-Generated Content (UGC). Your daily tasks will include generating creative concepts, scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing video content tailored for various social media platforms. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to ensure that the content aligns effectively with the brand's messaging and objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in producing short-form videos across platforms such as Instagram Reels, Stories, and UGC. Strong video editing skills are crucial to deliver high-quality content consistently. Creative thinking and storytelling abilities will be key in engaging the target audience effectively. A good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the ability to adapt to new tools and software for video production are necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for seamless integration within the team. While working independently, you must demonstrate the capability to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or a related field is beneficial, and prior experience in the beauty industry would be advantageous.
