• Be camera-friendly & authentic

  while representing MDW
• Experiment with creative formats (interviews, explainers, awareness content)
• Potentially host

  MDW’s podcast in the future

What we’re looking for

• Freshers welcome!
• Basic video/photo editing skills
• Hands-on experience with editing tools like

  Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut

  , etc.
• Prior content creation experience is a plus
• Must be

  camera-friendly, confident, and creative with ideas
