Role Overview:

As a Content Creator at Ferromonk, you will be at the forefront of our brand communication efforts. Your content will inform, inspire, and engage our audience—ranging from architects and engineers to industrial clients and developers. You will transform technical concepts into accessible, compelling content that showcases our capabilities and differentiates us in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic content calendar focused on the PEB industry.
• Write clear, technically accurate, and engaging content including:
• Blog posts and articles
• Case studies and client success stories
• Social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Website and landing page copy
• Email newsletters and drip campaigns
• Product and service brochures
• Corporate presentations and pitch decks
• Video scripts and basic storyboards
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to understand key project details and industry innovations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform content strategy.
• Optimize all content for SEO and ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding.
• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools; suggest improvements for better engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to convert technical content into easy-to-understand language.
• Basic understanding of PEB systems, steel structures, or industrial construction (or a keen willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress), email platforms, and SEO best practices.
• Graphic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,822.49 - ₹36,115.93 per month
