Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Admin (Kannada)

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹24,000 + Allowance
Training Period: First 1 month (considered as training)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Kannada-speaking Social Media Content Creator & Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, multi-channel content in Kannada and contributing to the overall success of the social media team. Own laptop must.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality social media content in Kannada across various platforms.
• Manage and monitor all social media channels as an admin.
• Use creative skills for video editing and design using tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Canva
• Write creative content and prompts for posts and videos.
• Possess excellent communication skills and on-camera presence (if appearing in videos).
• Stay updated and make use of AI tools such as Gemini, Veo 3, and 11Labs.
• Handle social media management tools, including:
• Meta Business Suite
• Instagram Insights
• Scheduling tools
• Content planning
• Be available for extended working hours during important events or campaigns.

Training & Probation Details

• Training Period: 1 month with stipend.
• Note: Candidates whose performance does not meet expectations during training may be discontinued without stipend issuance.
• Probation Period: 3 months (applicable only upon successful completion of training).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge and experience in:
• Video editing and design
• Social media content writing
• Strong creativity and understanding of current digital trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
