Job Description

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Call and follow up on leads to introduce healthcare services and convert them into customers. Calls handling to convert them for inbound and outbound related to homecare services. Monitor and manage staff schedules, taking Interviews and resource allocation. Visit hospitals when required to coordinate services with patient’s family and meet doctors. Occasionally visit patients’ homes to coordinate services and ensure patient satisfaction. Handle patient inquiries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update patient records, billing, and operational documentation. Any degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or business development. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and visit hospitals and patients’ homes when required.
