Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented YouTube Content Creator to produce engaging and original content across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for generating ideas, creating content (text, images, video, and audio), and ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and objectives. The ideal candidate understands digital trends, audience behavior, and how to create content that resonates, converts, and builds brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content for digital channels (e.g., social media, blogs, YouTube, website, email)
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns and business goals
• Write compelling copy for captions, scripts, blog posts, and product descriptions
• Capture and edit photos and videos for brand use
• Stay up-to-date with trends, hashtags, and platform best practices
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on analytics and feedback
• Maintain a content calendar and meet all production deadlines
• Repurpose content into different formats for maximum reach
• Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and tone of voice

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Videographer, or similar role
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram,, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (optional but a plus)
• Experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or community management
• On-camera presence or voiceover skills (if applicable to role)
• Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
