Your role involves defining content strategies, developing creative campaigns, mentoring a team, and optimizing content performance for impactful brand storytelling and audience engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and lead the overall content strategy aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives. - Develop engaging content plans for various platforms such as web, social media, video, email, and offline. - Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. - Lead and mentor a team of content writers, designers, and creative professionals to foster innovation and accountability. - Track content performance metrics and optimize creative strategies based on audience response and engagement data. - Stay updated with emerging content formats, storytelling techniques, and digital trends to drive innovation in content creation. - Maintain brand consistency across all content touchpoints and review creative deliverables for adherence to brand standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. - 6-8 years of experience in content creation, creative leadership, or related roles within consumer-facing or digital businesses. - Proficiency in defining and implementing content strategies across various formats. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, campaigns, digital assets, storytelling, and social media. - Proven experience in leading and managing creative or content teams. - Technical skills in content creation tools, video/editing tools, social media platforms, and analytics. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management.
