Key Responsibilities

• Research, Ideation & Brand Strategy:

  Report into the business head, ideate on all media content for the Direct-to-Consumer vertical, and contribute to the overall brand strategy and growth through continuous research into brand design, aesthetic, layout, and narratives.

• Content Scripting & Creation:

  Write, edit, and create content, liaising with influencer marketing and creative agencies to ensure high-quality output. Strategize on all briefs for videos and static content, working closely with video editors and designers to achieve desired results.

• Influencer Quality Control:

  Take charge of quality control on influencer content, working closely with influencers to achieve desired output.

• New Product Development Contribution:

  Contribute to the new product development pipeline with research on product launch timing and strategy.

• Performance Marketing Strategy:

  Own research on winning narratives to create a compelling ad strategy. Use data-driven insights to double down on effective narratives and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Great understanding of what makes a brand, with demonstrated qualitative knowledge of brand-building.
• Functional working knowledge of how aesthetic and design can build great brands.
• Deep understanding of social media and rapidly moving trends; knowledge of Instagram is required, and TikTok is a plus.
• Ability to deliver high-quality creative output and think horizontally across various brand verticals (social media, performance marketing, long/short-form content, brand research, ideation).
• Ability to work effectively with influencers based across different timezones.
• Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and a high sense of accountability for work outcomes.
