Job Description

Fluencity is seeking creative, digitally-native interns to lead our social media content and help us go viral! You'll plan, create, and edit Instagram Reels, posts, and stories, run campaigns, and help us build a standout social presence.

Responsibilities

Plan and ideate engaging Reels, posts, and social media stories.
Design, edit, and publish content using CapCut, Canva, Instagram, or TikTok tools.
Track trends and pitch fresh content ideas to boost reach.
Help manage the content calendar and report on performance.
Collaborate with founders on ad creatives and campaigns.

Requirements

Students/fresh graduates/Gen Z with a passion for content and digital media.
Proficient with content creation and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc. ).
Strong command of Instagram, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
Creative thinker and trend-spotter; meme and copywriting skills a plus.
Self-driven and proactive with ideas.

Additional Preferences

Portfolio, reel, or sample posts preferred.
Experience running your own or community pages is a plus.
Please share your public social profiles if you're an aspiring creator! (Optional).
