Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions to support the operation of the contact center.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and configure the CCAIP platform.
  • Manage functions and reporting with CCAIP.
  • Set up and configure cloud-based resources.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage access and security.
  • Optimize performance.
  • Work with different teams and stakeholders to ensure CCAIP infrastructure meets organizational requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
