About the Team

T he team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated task .

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Consulting Software Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in Java Development, Azure Cloud, and modern software architecture practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices , and cloud migration projects , along with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline development and advanced SQL .

This position requires an experienced engineer capable of operating with minimal supervision, ability to work on individual pieces of code and solve problems including the design and program flow utilizing effective coding techniques and rigorous unit testing. In addition, the ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the ability to mentor the junior developers when needed.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Lead or contribute to cloud migration initiatives, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions.

Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in Java Development.

Strong experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, AKS, etc.).

Proven experience working on cloud migration projects is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

Advanced experience in SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration abilities.

Keep abreast of new technological developments.

Ability to complete moderately complex bug fixes.

Good oral and written communications skills.

Requirements:

8-10 years of related experience, including prior experience as a programmer in a software development environment

Bachelor s degree in computer science or Related Major, or equivalent experience

Expert-level development experience using Java, J2EE and Web Services

Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration , Micro Services, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA . Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Indepth knowledge on Azure cloud services

Experience is REST & SOAP Web Services

Experience in performance optimization. Experience in deploying services to K8s

Experience in building CI/CD pipelines

Strong understanding of REST APIs

Advance Experience in SQL language

Good exposure of Cloud Technology specially azure cloud

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
