You will be part of the Consulting Team at Nutanix, primarily operating out of Bangalore and Pune, with collaboration opportunities from team members in Mumbai. The team's mission is to engage with customers, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored solutions leveraging Nutanix's innovative technology offerings. Reporting to the Service Delivery Leader, you will work in a participative leadership style environment with flexibility in choosing remote workdays based on project requirements and personal preferences. This role requires approximately 30% to 35% travel to customer sites, especially during presales and project delivery phases, to build rapport and gather essential requirements. Your responsibilities will include engaging in presales discussions, preparing design documents, overseeing project delivery phases, managing stakeholder communications, participating in training and mentoring, collaborating with teams for effort estimation and costing, achieving familiarity with Nutanix products, and establishing rapport with customers within the first year. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of architecture experience and over 10 years in IT with a focus on infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking technologies. Hands-on experience in AWS and Azure environments, strong networking principles understanding, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, proficiency in preparing design documents, a solution-oriented mindset, basic knowledge of effort estimation and budgeting, and familiarity with Nutanix Solutions or similar Virtualization & Cloud technologies are essential. This hybrid role combines the benefits of remote work with in-person collaboration, requiring a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week in the office.
