Consultant (UI/UX & Visual Designer)

Role Overview: SynapseIndia, a software development company with over 24 years of experience, is looking for a Consultant (UI/UX & Visual Designer) to join their team. As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, lead projects from discovery to polished UI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand design outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their business goals, interpret briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively. - Design Ownership: Lead projects through the design process, from research and wireframes to polished UI, ensuring alignment with brand and user goals. - Visual Design Mastery: Create visually appealing interfaces with a focus on typography, color, and layout. - User-Centered Thinking: Design functional and visually engaging experiences that prioritize usability. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design outputs. - Figma Expertise: Utilize Figma for interface design, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems. - Design Systems: Develop and maintain component libraries to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. - Feedback Iteration: Incorporate client and user feedback into design revisions while maintaining creative integrity. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on UI/UX trends, Indian market preferences, and emerging design tools. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced creative environment. - Strong understanding of Indian design sensibilities, expectations, and communication styles. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva. - Demonstrated portfolio showcasing visually strong creative design and user-centered digital projects. - Expertise in color theory, typography, layout, and responsive design. - Ability to create interactive prototypes, apply micro-interactions, and deliver developer-ready designs. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with tech teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal. - Capacity to manage multiple projects, timelines, and client feedback cycles effectively. - Bonus: Knowledge of motion design, animation, or video-led design storytelling. - Strong design taste, clean design skills, and belief in the fusion of aesthetics and functionality.,
