In this role, the Developer will take part in RPA production bot maintenance, enhancement, and support activities for Robotics solutions, meet the Incident SLA, and work as per defined Support process & Practices.
.Hands-on experience in UiPath development, with a deep understanding of RPA principles and best practices.
.Expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and UiPath Assistant.
.Strong understanding of workflow automation, process mapping, and business process modeling.
.Experience in integrating UiPath bots with third-party applications, databases, and APIs.
.Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript for scripting and automation enhancements.
.Hands-on experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition), AI/ML-based automation, and document processing.
.Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize UiPath workflows for maximum performance.
.Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
.Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.
.Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices related to RPA deployments.
.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, explain automation solutions, and provide technical insights.
Minimum qualifications
.Experience developing and testing software on a Windows platform including hands-on programming experience in Process Automation Software- UiPath
.Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
.Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with the hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.
.Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
.Ability to talk to the client and get the Business Requirements
.Performs code reviews. Communicates and enforces coding standards

.VB script and Macro experience

.Familiarity with service management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
