Job Responsibilities

Support in designing, planning, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Assist in execution and improvement of assembly processes.
Carry out/support Torque Audit procedures as per standards.
Participate in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA):
Safety FMEA (SFMEA)
Process FMEA (PFMEA)
Prepare reports and share findings in a clear manner.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Awareness of FMEA (SFMEA / PFMEA) methods.
Knowledge of Torque Audit is an advantage.

Required Soft Skills

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to make clear presentations.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
