We are currently inviting applications for the position of Consultant, Techno Functional Support. As a Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing various tools such as ABAP (SAP) requirement, OneSource Tax-One, and Master safe DFE-Finance-VN. Your responsibilities will include providing production support, transitioning from the existing team, addressing and resolving user issues raised via ServiceNow tickets within the stipulated time/SLA, following defined processes, collaborating with ERP (inbound/outbound) to resolve issues, preparing and participating in status reports/meetings, and potentially providing after-hours support for critical issues (which are very rare). While the job does not generally involve travel, remote location-based work is acceptable. You should be open to learning new tools and skills as required on the job by leveraging your experience and expertise. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications/ Skills: - B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools: TCI, Planexware, FCE custom code, DBNET, Buzone, Edwin SAAS - Experience with GIT and Windows form - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, LINQUE - Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact, and maintain a strong customer focus - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotation basis - Willingness and ability to multitask - Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies - Ability to handle client calls, manage, and mentor teams - Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools - Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported This is a full-time position located in India-Hyderabad.
