Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide expert advice on corporate advisory services, including drafting and vetting commercial agreements. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct legal due diligence and handle various sections of a due diligence exercise. Draft and vet transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, joint ventures agreements, and escrow agreements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to provide informed guidance. ### Job Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in transfer pricing or tax consulting. Possess strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
