Consultant - TAX - CHS - TAX - ITTS - Transfer Pricing -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a strong background in taxation and excellent analytical skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports and develop specialized competence. Identify international transactions, compute arm's length price, select the most appropriate method, document, and prepare transfer pricing study reports. Complete transfer pricing assignments, including benchmarking studies for multinational clients. Manage a team of Consultants and Interns working on specific client projects. Conduct economic analysis and comparability analysis, utilizing Indian and foreign databases. Prepare technical submissions for assessments and appellate level, staying updated on evolving Transfer Pricing law in India. Represent the client's case before the Tax Officer/Appellate level. Well-versed with OECD guidelines and UN TP Manual and interpretation of DTAA. ### Job Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent. 1-2 years of core transfer pricing experience. Strong knowledge of taxation principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach.
