Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide technical expertise and guidance on indirect tax matters, including GST and customs. Draft and review documents related to indirect tax compliance and advisory services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. Conduct due diligence exercises and handle IDT due diligence as part of a team. Review transaction documents and tax compliance data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Stay updated with changes in indirect tax laws and regulations, particularly GST. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree, preferably CA. Prior experience or insight into GST and Customs, as well as Indirect taxation (Sales Tax/Service Tax/Central Excise). Strong understanding of indirect tax laws, including GST and track developments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
