Communication: Communicating with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person, in a professional and courteous manner. Documentation: Recording customer interactions, including the nature of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, or systems to provide accurate and effective support. Training and Education: Assisting customers in understanding and effectively using the products or services by providing guidance and training.
