.Monitor and maintain enterprise storage systems (NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage) and backup infrastructure (Veeam, Commvault)
.Perform daily health checks on storage arrays, backup jobs, and replication status.
.Assist in provisioning LUNs, shares, and access permissions based on service requests.
.Execute scheduled backups and restore operations while ensuring adherence to RPO/RTO objectives.
.Respond to incidents and alerts in ServiceNow and escalate to L3 as required.
.Perform firmware updates and basic troubleshooting of storage or backup devices.
.Ensure data protection compliance retention and encryption policies.
.Maintain SOPs, storage inventory records, and backup job documentation in CMDB.
.Bachelor%27s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
.Good years of experience in storage or backup administration.
.Familiarity with NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam, or Commvault systems.
.Understanding of ITSM principles (Incident, Change, Problem).
.Primary: NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam, Commvault, ServiceNow.
.Secondary: Azure Blob, AWS S3, Splunk monitoring, PowerShell scripting.
.Certifications: NetApp NCDA / Veeam Certified Engineer preferred.
