a) Support teachers in conducting classes
b) Teach basic literacy & numeracy and provide remedial support to slow learners
c) Encourage activity-based and joyful learning
d) Conduct reading, storytelling, and practice sessions
e) Facilitate peer learning groups
f) Use TLMs (Teaching Learning Materials) effectively
g) Monitor attendance and encourage regularity
h) Provide extra help to children at risk of dropping out
i) Motivate girls and marginalized children and support children with special needs
j) Ensure participation of all children in activities and motivate children to participate in Summer Camps
k) Motivate parents to send children to school and actively engage with remedial support class teachers for community engagement
l) Assist in awareness drives on child rights & education
m) Support school events, cultural and sports activities
n) Support School Management Committee (SMC) activities
