- Manage all activities related to the MM Module.
- Analyze business needs in SAP MM during requirement gathering sessions and prepare business process design documentation.
- Configure and test SAP MM module settings based on templates and business requirements.
- Provide detailed functional requirement and specification documents to assist technical teams in developing WRICEF objects for SAP MM and related modules.
- Create and maintain user manuals and assist in designing authorization roles.
- Optimize existing/current business processes and drive adoption of Global Templates.
- Implement management and optimization of new and existing processes within the SAP MM module to support global requirements.
- Handle multiple partners and guide them through implementing templates, ensuring end-to-end configuration checks.
- Understand business needs and relate them to fitting templates; project management experience is a plus.
- Be responsible for managing and configuring new processes and localizations with key users and cross-modules for future implementations and rollouts.
- Provide key user training for the module with documentation and test scripts.
- Configure, test, and roll out SAP MM module settings based on templates and business requirements.
- Drive automation and digitization mandates by supporting mobile application or other device designs.
- Participate in report design discussions for advance analytics or other leadership dashboards and operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with integration with third-party systems using CPI or RFC, such as Weighbridge integration with IDoc/RFC and various ERPs.
- Collaborate with other IS team members and build strong rapport to achieve goals.
- Document functional designs, write Functional Specification documents, write training documents, and write User test scripts.
- Advise during new implementations and existing support projects.
- Work independently and act as a subject matter mentor to subordinates.
- Engage actively in new IS initiatives for better UX and be a trusted business partner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PPT, and VISIO.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM and S4 HANA.
- Hands-on experience in S4HANA cloud projects, FIORI apps, RISE with SAP methodology, Clean core Approach, and end-to-end process knowledge on MM business processes.
- Good understanding of Master data Material, Vendor (BP), Purchase info record, Source list, Pricing etc., and Account determination process & Integration with Finance.
- Experience in implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within the SAP MM module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
