Job Description

The Consultant - Product Analyst will play a key role in analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and product performance to drive data-backed product decisions. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineering, business, and design teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of product usage data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Support product managers in defining product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to support product planning and delivery.
Evaluate and document business processes and identify areas for digital or process optimization.
Perform competitor and market research to benchmark product performance.
Create dashboards and reports to track product KPIs and user engagement metrics.
Conduct A/B testing, user research, and post-launch performance analysis.
Prepare presentations and insights for leadership on product performance and business outcomes.
Support implementation of new product features and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
