Consultant Pathology

As a Consultant Pathology at Dr. B. Lal Clinical Laboratory Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic reporting in Clinical Pathology, Hematology, and Biochemistry. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating and authorizing reports in clinical pathology, hematology, and biochemistry. - Ensuring compliance with NABL standards and internal quality protocols. - Interpreting complex findings and providing medical insights to clinicians. - Coordinating proactively with referring clinicians for case discussions, clarifications, and result explanations. - Participating in internal quality control (IQC), EQAS, and lab audits. - Mentoring technical staff to facilitate continuous skill development. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution. - 3-7 years of experience in diagnostics, with a preference for experience in NABL-accredited labs. - Deep understanding of hematology, biochemistry, coagulation, and enzymology. - Proficiency in LIMS, automated analyzers, and digital reporting systems. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with clinicians.
