Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant position for Overseas Education with Envision, based in Chennai. The Consultant will assist students in identifying suitable academic programs and universities, provide valuable insights about the application and visa processes, and deliver personalized guidance throughout the study abroad journey. Key responsibilities will include student assessments, educational counseling, maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for students aiming to study abroad.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting to provide tailored guidance and support to students.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster a positive experience and cultivate trusted relationships with students and families.
• Passion for assisting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple students and applications effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the field of overseas education or student counseling is a plus.
