Consultant - Oracle HCM

As an Oracle HCM Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in providing strong subject matter expertise to identify and translate business and system requirements into design artifacts and documents. Your responsibilities will include technical support for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, and Fast Formulas. You will collaborate with project and delivery managers globally to provide estimates, develop implementation solutions, create optimization and automation tools, and partner with customers to finalize key design aspects. Additionally, you will work on technical issues, support development tasks, perform unit testing, and validate solutions in various phases. To excel in this role, you will need 5-10 years of work experience with a focus on developing data conversion and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud. Proficiency in HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, and BI Publisher is essential, along with experience in Oracle EBS. Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a project team are key requirements. You should also be willing to quickly learn new products and technologies and lead technical design and development of data conversions and reports. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills will be beneficial in this role.
