Job Title: Consultant Neurosurgeon
Location: Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh
Qualification: MBBS, MS (General Surgery), MCh / DNB (Neurosurgery)
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers and experienced professionals may apply)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon to join our advanced surgical care team in Singrauli. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and performing surgical treatment for disorders related to the brain, spine, and nervous system, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage patients with neurological trauma, tumors, vascular disorders, spinal conditions, and congenital abnormalities
  • Perform complex neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies, spinal decompression, tumor removal, and trauma surgery
  • Collaborate closely with neurologists, anesthetists, critical care teams, and radiologists for comprehensive care
  • Oversee pre-operative and post-operative care and ensure close monitoring in ICU or neurosurgical wards
  • Order and interpret neuroimaging and other diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options, outcomes, and recovery timelines
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure adherence to surgical protocols and safety guidelines
  • Participate in academic discussions, audits, and training initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBBS with MS (General Surgery) and MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery from a recognized institution
  • Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council
  • Expertise in cranial and spinal surgeries, emergency neurosurgical care, and advanced neurosurgical techniques
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under critical conditions
  • Excellent communication and patient management abilities
  • High commitment to surgical precision, safety, and ethical standards
