We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthetic management of patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic procedures, including open-heart surgery, valve replacements, CABG, and other cardiovascular interventions.
Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and management
Proficient in TEE use and interpretation
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with latest protocols and cardiac anesthetic techniques
