Consultant Mentor Network Operations

As a Consultant Mentor Network Operations at Wadhwani Foundation, you will be immersed in the world of startups, mentorship, and program coordination. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Mentor onboarding - Mentor session feedback & follow-ups - Mentor connections tracking - Documentation & reporting - First line of support for mentor-related queries - Help refine feedback processes and templates To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree (Business, HR, Communications, or similar preferred) - 1-2 years of experience in program coordination/stakeholder roles (experience in startups or accelerators is a plus) Skills required for this position include: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and calendar tools - Bonus points for experience with CRM/mentorship platforms, SOP/report writing, and exposure to the startup ecosystem.
