You are a skilled and experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter with over 2 years of proven experience in marketing consultants on various work visas, particularly H1B, OPT, CPT, L2, and GC. Your expertise lies in H1B transfers, OPT recruitment, and end-to-end bench sales strategies. As a valuable member of the talent acquisition team, your primary responsibilities include aggressively marketing consultants, managing the entire sales lifecycle, and ensuring swift placements with direct clients, implementation partners, and system integrators. Your core duties involve expertly marketing consultants on the bench across diverse technologies to implementation partners, direct clients, and system integrators. You will also be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding candidates on H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work visas, managing H1B transfer processes, and collaborating with attorneys when necessary. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong vendor relationships, develop a vendor network to enhance placement success, match suitable job requirements with consultant skills and preferences, negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful placements. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining an internal database of both active and passive candidates, updating consultant profiles, creating hotlists for future requirements, conducting daily follow-ups with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth progress, gathering feedback, handling documentation and compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and legal standards. Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Remote Experience : 9+ Years Work Mode: Onsite, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Vendor Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and System Integrators (SIs) across the US. Bench Marketing: Market and submit H1B, OPT, CPT, and EAD consultant profiles to Tier 1 vendors, SIs, and direct clients for suitable contract positions. Direct Engagement : Engage directly with hiring managers and decision-makers within Tier 1 vendors to secure placements. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors and clients to close deals successfully. Database Management: Keep an updated database of consultants, vendors, and job requirements. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize placement opportunities. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all US immigration and employment laws in the placement process. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 9+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting with a strong network of Tier 1 vendors and SIs. Networking: Extensive network of contacts within Tier 1 vendors and System Integrators in the US. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively market candidates. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible rates and terms. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with US IT job roles, visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD), and industry standards. Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week.
