Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyse requirements, optimize processes, and conceptualize solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Lead solution design, development, and extension components (plugins, custom APIs, ribbon customizations, web resources).
Implement Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions with strong focus on governance, security, and change management.
Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and promote technical excellence within the team.
Deploy solutions, manage ALM pipelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality, sustainable software.
Engage with the latest Microsoft technologies while working on projects for international clients, always prioritizing customer focus and sustainability.

Minimum Requirements

5 years of proven development experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and database design principles.
Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with experience in custom connectors.
Hands-on expertise in authentication/authorization flows across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
DevOps experience on Azure Platform and familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams).
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Certification with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Certification with Microsoft Power Platform
