Role Overview: As an experienced Business Consultant with a strong background in the Healthcare domain, you will play a crucial role at UST Global. Leveraging your 10+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in a Business Analyst role and 5+ years specifically in the Healthcare domain, you will be responsible for discussing and understanding business requirements with users. Your key tasks will involve identifying and prioritizing business problems, proposing solutions while considering client input, and preparing detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria. Key Responsibilities: - Discuss and understand business requirements with users in the Healthcare domain - Identify and prioritize business problems and propose solutions while considering client input - Prepare detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria - Maintain JIRA for requirement tracking - Assist the QA team during User Acceptance testing - Clarify business questions from technical and QA teams - Provide support throughout the project lifecycle - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Master's degree in a related field would be a valuable asset Additional Details: UST Global is a leading digital transformation solutions provider dedicated to embedding innovation and agility into client organizations.
