Consultant experiment / Manager - Consolidation et Reporting - Paris H/F

As a member of the Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team at EY, your role involves supporting financial directors in addressing key challenges within the finance function. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks related to Consolidation, such as: - Assisting in the production of consolidated accounts in accordance with French and IFRS standards - Supporting the consolidation function - Managing outsourced files of consolidated accounts - Assisting in the redesign or implementation of EPM tools related to the consolidation process - Optimizing consolidation processes and organizations - Providing training to financial teams on consolidation-related topics - Implementing the latest regulatory updates (Pillar 2 GloBe; Sustainable Development reporting;) - Participating in the audit of consolidated accounts - Auditing consolidation processes and tools of CAC40 and SBF120 accounts In addition to working with clients in France and abroad, you will be involved in various aspects of financial advisory services for Financial Directors. Depending on your level of seniority, you may also contribute to service line management, business development, and client presentations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or higher (business school, engineering school, or Master's degree with a specialization in Finance/Management) - Minimum of 2 years of experience for Senior level and at least 5 years for Manager level in a consolidation department or audit/accounting firm - Strong technical skills in consolidation - Knowledge of consolidation solutions such as SAP FC, Oracle HFM, Tagetik, OneStream, or Amelkis is a plus - Proficiency in written and spoken English At EY, we prioritize the development of our employees by offering personalized career paths and opportunities to enhance technical, financial, and managerial skills.
