CONSULTANT ENT

As a Consultant ENT Specialist at our multidisciplinary team, your role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in a hospital setting. Your dedication and experience of at least 3+ years in the field are crucial for providing excellent patient care and contributing to the department's success. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions. - Perform routine and complex ENT surgeries and procedures. - Provide consultations for inpatient and outpatient cases. - Offer guidance and medical advice to patients. - Coordinate with other specialists for holistic patient care. In managing acute and chronic ENT conditions, your focus will be on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Stay updated on the latest developments and techniques in ENT treatments, utilize diagnostic tools, and imaging technologies for accurate patient assessment. Your surgical skills will be put to the test as you perform various ENT surgeries including ear, sinus, and throat surgeries. Assist in pre and post-operative care, educate patients and their families, and provide support on postoperative care, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital standards. Collaborate closely with nursing staff and specialists, participate in department meetings, and adhere to quality control protocols and compliance standards. Qualifications & Requirements: - MBBS or equivalent medical degree. - Postgraduate qualification (MS/DNB) in ENT from a recognized institution. Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Consultant ENT Specialist. - Strong clinical and surgical expertise in ENT disorders. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent diagnostic skills. - Proficiency in a wide range of ENT surgeries. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to educate patients effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
