Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide online medical consultations via phone, video, or chat.
Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and provide appropriate advice, treatment, or referral.
Prescribe medicines (as per BAMS/BHMS scope of practice and regulations).
Guide patients on lifestyle, preventive care, and wellness management.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient interactions.
Ensure adherence to telemedicine guidelines and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: BAMS / BHMS from a recognized university.
Valid registration/license with respective medical council/board.
Previous clinical experience preferred (telemedicine experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and counseling skills.
Comfort with digital platforms, EMR systems, and teleconsultation tools.
Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
