Role:
Alshifa seeks an AYUSH Consultant to assess patients, plan and perform/supervise cupping (dry, wet, fire), and ensure safe, ethical, patientcentred care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct history, vitals, and contraindication screening; obtain consent.
• Recommend protocols; perform/supervise sessions per SOPs.
• Provide pre/postcare guidance and schedule followups.
• Monitor outcomes, manage minor adverse events, escalate as needed.
• Uphold infection control, hygiene, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with therapists/front desk; support awareness camps.

Requirements:

• Valid state council registration.
• Working knowledge of cupping/hijama or willingness to train.
• Language: Tamil essential; English working proficiency (Hindi/Urdu a plus).
• Strong communication, empathy, and clinical judgement.

Schedule:

• Fulltime, onsite; 6day week; 9 hours shift
