Job Description

Role & responsibilities
:
Lead departmental planning and development aligned with hospital strategy.
Supervise and mentor psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied staff.
Communication skills, Peer respect and Commitment
Develop SOPs, clinical protocols, and referral workflows.
Integrate services with other hospital departments (e.g., OBGYN, Pediatrics, Oncology).
Monitor quality of care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
Ensure compliance with the Mental Healthcare regulations.
Represent the department in management meetings and hospital committees.

Education:

MBBS - Any Specialization

MD in psychiatry or PhD/ PsyD in Clinical Psychology
