Our M&A Tax team provides end-to-end solutions for addressing Tax and Regulatory requirements in matters of M&A Transactions. Our service offering encompasses a broad range including Family Settlements and Succession Planning via Private Family Trusts, Wills etc., Tax Restructuring, Merger, Demergers, Slump Sales, Acquisition, Tax Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory and more. Our team comprises of expert professionals who have in-depth experience in executing deals and transactions for leading business houses in India, MNCs, UNHIs, some of the largest Family Offices in the country etc.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax Advisory and opinion on Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Tax takeover agreements, Acquisition agreements.
2. Advisory and assistance in setting up Family trust and related structures.
3. Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International).
4. Advisory assistance on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations etc.
5. Succession Advisory and assistance in setting up Private Family trust and related structures.
6. Structuring and restructuring including designing efficient tax structure, in compliance with the statutory regulations.
7. Ensure quality deliverables in an efficient manner, respond to client queries in a timely manner and meet client expectations on a consistent basis.
